This is a great house: well appointed, great location, and wonderful host. We enjoyed our time there and would love to come back. The front porch is a great place to have your coffee and watch the sun rise or have a drink at sunset. And you can bring your best friends with you. The kitchen is well laid out and spacious and there was a basket of strawberries and bottle of wine. Highly recommend a stay here!

This 4th of July me & my fam wanted to try Grover Beach area as I love the sand dunes & we didn’t want to necessarily be in the heart of Pismo Beach although we did go there for all the festivities & watch the fireworks at the pier. That was chaotic but this little paradise took is away from all the madness. It was so quiet & quaint. The renovations were beautifully done. It was so cozy, welcoming, spacious, beach vibes, very modern & super clean. Tom & his wife was very hospitable by welcoming us with a nice bottle of white wine & fresh fruits from a local fruit market which was so thoughtful to set off our weekend with good vibes. We all enjoyed this place very much. So much attention to detail from a full furnished kitchen, to shower amenities & private laundry area in the unit that you feel right at home in brand new place. One of the bedrooms had a very cozy adjustable Serta mattress. Loved the decor too. A lot of beachy characteristics. I will definitely look for this place again our next Pismo trip. Thank you so much for making our stay very pleasant & comfortable.

Our group consisted of my husband and me and my 81 yr old sister. Perfect place for us. Clean, everything worked just fine, quiet, good shower. Host was very kind and provided beach chairs and cabana for my sister. He had a book with a list of suggested restaurants in the area. Couldn’t ask for a better reference cuz he’s been living here for awhile. Highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed!!

We enjoy hiking, kayaking, boogie boarding, walks on the beach, concerts and our English bulldog "Biggie Smalls". We host to share our love of the central coast and it's opportunities of endless adventures.
