We did not have an opportunity to use the golf cart as we didn't have enough time. I suggest having a few light weight blankets available and upgrading to a Kuerig coffee maker. But those are minor points. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

A true gem of a rental with fine comfort and excellent location close to a shopping location and two town squares. The four person golf cart proved its worth as we used it to access all Village amenities. We appreciated the excellent furnished toiletries as well as the provided dishwashing supplies. The nearest pool and recreation was walking distance. Beach towels were a bonus as well. I would definitely recommend this property and stay with our group again.

Very nice property. 3 bedrooms with a bath each. It was in a very quiet friendly neighborhood with pools very close by. The golf cart held 4 and was very nice. Well stocked with everything we needed. We had to purchase 2 resident cards but then we got guest passes for the rest of our family and we were able to participate in anything we wanted to. I would stay here again without hesitation

Great location, and home.

Cleanliness of property when we checked in was poor. Downhome properties was responsive with cleaning carpets and replacing vacuum cleaner. We had to wash very soiled floor rugs. The house was missing basic items like a broom, a few kitchen utensils. A quick trip to the discount store was needed. Overall we enjoyed the home.
