Nice little place. Worked well for us,we were attending a wedding in Maine and just needed a place to stay for a couple nights. It was a lot better than staying in some over priced hotel.

Exactly as described. Was there for a family function and we really only got to sleep there but we’d stay again and enjoy the grounds/area!

Overall, great spot if you're doing something close by in Saco. The accommodations were very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows in the closet. One comment would be to repair/resecure the toilet paper holder. It immediately fell off the wall when I touched the toilet paper roll.

Great rental, had so many extras which were much enjoyed! WiFi issues with the property (not the rentals fault because the WiFi is not theirs) and a Roku remote issue made watching tv an issue but we were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t the end of the world. The unit is very nice, updated, and clean. The property owned by the motel could use the same updates and cleaning but overall a great stay. Location was perfect and our beach day was unforgettable!

COZY CONDO

Fun stay at the "Cozy Condo" which was very clean and comfortable. Pool area was bigger than anticipated and the kids enjoyed the playground.

The listing check-in and checkout times did not match the owners requirements. The cellphone service is spotty at best. There is NO internet access at the location. It was my first and last vrbo experience. The AC filter was covered in dirt. There were several air fresheners plugged in throughout the unit. If you have any allergies- beware.

Hi Pauline, We're so sorry your experience was not met at the expectation we strive for. Unfortunately there are things we cannot control like cell service and internet connections as our area is under construction for upgrades. If you were confused on check in and check out times we encourage communication and we would of been happy to work with whatever was convenient for you! We're here to make it the best experience possible. Thank you for bringing the air filter to our attention, we will make sure this is taken care of. We hope your travels home were safe.
