Great rental, had so many extras which were much enjoyed! WiFi issues with the property (not the rentals fault because the WiFi is not theirs) and a Roku remote issue made watching tv an issue but we were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t the end of the world. The unit is very nice, updated, and clean. The property owned by the motel could use the same updates and cleaning but overall a great stay. Location was perfect and our beach day was unforgettable!

COZY CONDO

Fun stay at the "Cozy Condo" which was very clean and comfortable. Pool area was bigger than anticipated and the kids enjoyed the playground.

The listing check-in and checkout times did not match the owners requirements. The cellphone service is spotty at best. There is NO internet access at the location. It was my first and last vrbo experience. The AC filter was covered in dirt. There were several air fresheners plugged in throughout the unit. If you have any allergies- beware.

Cute place in close proximity to Old Orchard Beach and Portland. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. The hosts were available and quick to respond. Welcome snacks were a nice touch!
