1 bedroom with King bed and additional fold down sofa in living area.
Brand new unit with huge patio to lounge around the sparkling pool.
Small gated boutique community with nightly security.
Roof top decks hosting an outdoor gym and lounge area.
Fully equipped kitchen and full size fridge, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster and all dishes etc.
Full bath with walk-in shower
Built in closets and dedicated workspace

Road to the area is gravel and is bumpy and during rainy season has some water in large puddles to navigate
