The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers for convenience. AC, WiFi, and a washing machine are just a few of the excellent amenities available. This renovated home has central HVAC controlled via smart thermostat, LED lighting throughout the house, high-speed WiFi, and multiple TVs for everyone. In the backyard, we built a patio deck with a ramp in case you need a step free entrance to the house.

PLEASE NOTE: This property has a finished basement unit that may be habited during your stay. This unit has its own entrance and driveway that is separate from the main house. Access between both units is blocked by two doors that are locked for everyone’s safety. In addition, in the back there is garage that can only be used by us as the hosts.

The house was exactly as described in the listing, and the location couldn’t have been better for us. We really appreciated a ranch layout with no stairs as well as the very useful layout with a large kitchen/family room. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival—easy check-in. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was recently updated. I would recommend this property for a family or group to stay.
