Beautiful Ground Floor unit in South Kihei filled with Aloha.
Next door to the famous Kihei Caffe!
Sleeps 6 comfortably. Family friendly, perfect for kids and adults of all ages. Our large lanai opens to a big beautiful green space to enjoy at the quieter end of the complex. On a clear day we have a view of Haleakala.
Two designated parking spaces, one just steps from the unit.
A/C in main living/dining/kitchen area.
Washer and dryer in unit.
High speed internet, Smart TVs and DVD player.
Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, snorkel gear, body boards, water and sand toys, and coolers are supplied. No need to rent anything! For infants and children we have a Pak-n-Play, highchair, stroller, life jackets, floaties, board games and beach toys.
Master bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite bath with tiled shower/tub. Second bedroom features queen bed, adjacent to main bath with tiled walk-in shower.
Showers have assistive grab bars for safety and convenience.
Living room with queen sofa-bed.
Fully stocked kitchen and family dining area.
Large lanai that opens to beautiful green space at the quiet end of the complex.

Great location - Would Stay Here Again

Located within walking distance to a lot of shops, food trucks, and restaurants. Plus easy access to several beaches. The pool and hot tub were open until 10PM and we used them several times during our stay. Also, we really liked that this was a bottom floor, corner unit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great location

Easy access to Charlie Young Beach and Kihei. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. The Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach towels were a big plus.

Excellent location in Kihei. Excellent location in complex. Excellent responses from Owner for any questions or concerns when communicating directly. Opportunity for improvement with messaging through Vrbo tools but this is not within owners control.

Great place to stay.

Everything was excellent! We had a problem one night with the upstairs unit. Alexa was blasting music all night long, when we contacted the property management the next day, they were on top of it. I loved that it had all the beach equipment we needed. Taura always responded quickly to my questions.

Awesome Condo!

This condo has everything and more! Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers. 2Bed/2Bath, washer/dryer, full kitchen, breakfast area, living room including sofa bed. Plenty of towels and laundry/dishsoap. Brought our own shampoo/conditioner, bath soap, food. Some condiments were available such as ketchup, mustard, syrup, spices, cooking oil. Very clean and the owner Taura is amazing! She responded quickly every time I contacted her and needed anything. She’s very helpful and considerate - we would absolutely rent from her again! This place is an excellent find - near restaurants, shopping, beaches, and entertainment!

Everything you need is at this condo, whether it’s kitchen stuff, personal ACs, beach and snorkeling gear, etc. Great location, clean condo, nice complex with pool/hot tub- only place I want to stay at in Kihei!

Great for a family

My family had a wonderful time here. Great location, easy walk to the beach, condo was CLEAN! This is a place that looks better in person than in photos. So many amenities included, plenty of sand toys, chairs, coolers etc. I hope to stay again on our next trip.

The property location was good for us visiting family in the area. We took advantage of the pool quite a bit. Charlie Young Beach was just across the road, and it is a really nice beach. Lots of restaurant possibilities close by as well.

Well stocked

Very well stocked . Kitchen items , beach towels,chair, umbrellas ,boogie boards , plenty of laundry soap , garbage bags extra towels , sheets , dish washer soap , snorkel gear . This place has it all and I’ve stayed in condos in Maui for 15 + years . A little crowded with not needed furnishings and the carpets need to be cleaned . Owner was very attentive when called
