-The lower level includes a living room with a smart TV and a queen sofa bed, dedicated work space, chef’s kitchen, full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and access to a private patio—ideal for friends, coworkers, or adult children who prefer more privacy.

-Two primary en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and private balcony, offer a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. Sleep soundly on our high-quality mattresses, featuring zoned pressure relief for optimal comfort and support. Made with certified-safe materials and infused with natural green tea and charcoal, they stay fresh and clean for a healthier, more restful stay.

Please note: Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES: No underage drinking or illegal substances allowed on property. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or marijuana allowed inside the house.
Since VRBO doesn’t verify IDs, we require a valid driver’s license after booking. Only registered guests allowed; visitors must be pre-approved.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are welcome when possible. A small fee may apply for extended hours. VRBO app to message the host.

Lovely house

Good view. Nice space. Really enjoyed the rooftop patio. You need to make sure the hot water heater is set to electric before needing hot water. Not difficult, just a little quirky.
