We were very disappointed with our stay. The listing advertises a 2-bedroom condo, but the second "bedroom" is actually an open loft overlooking the living room. While the description mentions a loft, it never clearly explains that this is what is being counted as Bedroom 2. The title and the "Rooms & Beds" section reasonably led us to believe we were booking two private bedrooms. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The floors were so dirty that after our toddler walked around inside for a short time, the bottoms of their feet were completely black. We also noticed stains throughout the unit. The upstairs loft had no closet or place to hang clothes, only two small drawers, making it feel even less like a true bedroom, also the so called "bedroom" does not have an air vent so it gets very hot upstairs because that space is not meant to be a bedroom. The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, and there were no basic necessities like toilet paper or linens. For the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The host offered no compensation and dismissed our concerns instead of acknowledging the issues. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property.

Fell short of satisfaction

41 steps to third floor. Dishwasher did not work. Took 2 days for repair man to tell us roaches damaged wires and new part had to be ordered.Roach running across kitchen counter 2 mornings. Could use some instructions where to dispose garbage, location of gym, laundry room.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the unwanted pests and the dishwasher not working. We have sent our own pest control above the Community Managements pest control. We have also repaired the dishwasher. For the location of the amenities we will work on getting something put into the units.
