We loved our time at Fox Dell Cottage. It was the ideal home base while our kids were at camp—peaceful, beautifully kept, and so thoughtfully designed. The cottage feels tucked away and private, but still close to everything in Smallwood. The hosts clearly care about the details, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable and easy. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to any parents looking for a relaxing retreat during camp drop‑off or visiting days.

The house was adorable with so much history and character. As a past resident of England, UK, it reminded me of a lot of buildings in my European travels. Loved the huge deck and firepit. The television in the main bedroom didn't work and we ran very low on towels and had no wash clothes . We communicated this to managemet and they responded that they'd look into it but never heard back from them in the end. Otherwise place is very nice.
