Pool House near Downtown Round Rock

This home has something for anyone visiting the Austin/Round Rock area. Whether you are looking for an amazing staycation with it's own private pool and back yard amenities, this home has it all.

Our home and neighborhood have been here since the 90s. It’s a well established neighborhood and full of growing families. We recently renovated and updated our home, inside and out. Beautiful and full of charm for an older home.

This home is 1800sq ft, 2 stories. There is plenty of room with 6 beds and 2.5 baths that can easily sleep up to 10 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed with it's own walk-in shower bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Bedroom #3 has a full and two twin beds, the upstairs loft has a full sized bed with it's own privacy divider and office space for the traveling worker bee. Bedrooms #2, #3, and bedroom loft share a full sized bathroom.

Downstairs has a full sized living room, with oversized sofas. Half bathroom is conveniently located in the living room. The dining and bar area seat plenty, and our kitchen is equipped to prepare Texas sized family meals.

Our pool is a crystal clear 18,000 gallon pool. We have a gas barbecue grill, and fire pit. Plenty of outside seating, and backyard games for the children. Also available, is a high output wall mounted outdoor fan to keep you cool during the warm summer months.

Washer and dryer is available, free of use. Free Wi-Fi is available.
