Stunning large contemporary home built home in 2024 with high end finishes with a unique large lot with plenty of room for outdoor fun to include volleyball and a fire pit. The home has a large deck off the rear to enjoy the outdoors. The property is located a short distance from the beach and you can easily walk, bike, take the trolley or just use the Bethany parking pass provided. Great for families and very private. Grottos Pizza and multiple eateries just a short walk away.
