Villa Alany provides complete privacy in a very quiet area with hardly any traffic.
This Villa is decorated in a modern style, with elegant furniture and high-end finishes. The large windows and the balcony offer stunning views of the surroundings.
Villa Alany is spacious and offers plenty of room for families and friends. It features 4 king-size bedrooms (all en-suite) and 4.5 bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
It also offers a game room with pool billiard table and an office, if you like to work in a tropical environment.
Villa Alany is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a large private saltwater pool, a hot tub, a large terrace with a beautiful outdoor kitchen and an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy the Florida outdoor feeling.
Please note that this home is kept pet-free due to a severe allergy of the homeowner. We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets during their stay. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you and helping make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Villa alany is a wonderfull new and modern house with all comforts and very well equipped. In the kittchen you can all find like in your own home. We enjoyed the pool and the spa as well as the quiet neighbourhood. So we can warmly recommend this place.

Comfortable Luxury Stay

Lovely house on a perfect south facing piece of property to enjoy the sun of Florida. It was very comfortable as we had 5 adults and 2 children so everyone had their own space. The outdoor area was just what we needed for space to sit in comfort, eat outdoors, and swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub.
