Property welcomes pets but the yard is full of stickers/sand burrs so it was not a usable space for my dogs. Not all lights were working, oven did not have the proper shelves, and the dishwasher was missing the top tray and the bottom was rusting. Appears this is a new property so they seem to be working on the inside and out.

Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry the yard wasn’t usable for your dogs and that some lights and appliances weren’t in working order. We’ll schedule a yard clean-up to remove stickers/sand burrs and make it pet-safe, and have maintenance check all lights, install the proper oven shelves, and replace the dishwasher’s missing top rack and address the rust. Your observations about the new property are helpful — thank you for bringing these items to our attention.

The perfect home away from home! Pet friendly, quiet neighbor, CLEAN, nicely furnished home with everything that you could possibly need provided for you. Our stay was graciously extended without hassle. In fact, the owner went above and beyond to help us when our extension became necessary. Book this one! You will not be disappointed!

The location of the house was conveniently located between derby and wichita. House was clean and had everything we needed for our week and a half long stay. The owners were helpful when I asked them to put something near the fence so my dog couldn’t get out.

The owners were easy to get in contact with when we needed something. The only thing was that the neighbor's dog was running around without a leash. But it only barked and didn't approach us. Over all I would stay here again.
