We had a great time. The property was well kept. Had everything we needed. We did have a mandatory evacuation issued for the hurricane during our stay. There was great communication on time frames of events happening through out our stay and instructions or what was happening next.

Very nice and clean. Great location. Big enough for our group of 4 adults, a teenager, and an infant. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus! Kitchen was pretty well stocked and the little gift basket upon check in was a thoughtful touch.

We absolutely loved Summerwind! Clean and private beach! Totally different from Destin and not as crowded! The rental agency was amazing and communicated prior and during the trip! We will definitely be back!

Love the location. The condo needs some love is a little dated. And there is excessive emails from the management company when they can be consolidated into fewer notifications.

1 of 2 ElEVators were broken for the entirety of the trip. Pool was out of order for 1 full day. Master balcony door lock was rusted off. Lowest pressure shower head I’ve EVer experienced. Code to the side gate to the Navarre Beach Pier was same as pool, but this was nEVer included inside issuing instructions. Bunk bead not sturdy enough for children. Glassware cut family member while washing dishes. Coffee maker failed 2xs while using it. Folks upstairs literally moved their furniture around for hours during the EVening time. Space could benefit from a cordless vacuum cleaner due to the amount of sand tracked in from beach equipment. Photos to describe unit were made up of 2 different rooms, could be misleading.

This place was beyond our expectations. The view from the balcony was extraordinary! With two kids ages 8 & 5, they think we had the coolest place in all of Florida. We were surprised when finding the beach wagon with more than enough beach chairs and even beach towels. We didn't have a rainy day but it was a pleasant surprise that if we did, there were plenty of board games to choose from. My only regret for this trip was how short it was. We will definitely be booking here again and can't wait for next year's trip.

The room was really beautiful and the views from the balcony were amazing. The a/c struggled a bit keeping it cool, especially at night. The fans in each of the bedrooms made a clicking noise at certain speeds. Other than those 2 issues it was a really nice stay.

Very clean and family friendly

We loved staying here. Every family in our party had their own bathroom which was so nice- especially after coming in from the beach. They had a huge flatscreen that our infant loved to watch his favorite shows on. Our five year old loved that they provided board games and puzzles. They also provided a beach wagon and chairs for us to use. We had everything we needed and had an awesome time. We didn’t realize the balcony wrapped around so we could see the front of the condo showing the beautiful bridge as well as the back side showing the beach and pools. We could sit out there all day and listen to the waves. This condo had a lifeguard stand very close by on the beach which we also appreciated.

Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The building itself was wonderful, the pool was great, and the beach access was absolutely perfect!The condo was very nice and comfortable; however, there were a few issues upon arrival. The refrigerator had a noticeable fish odor, the floors were still quite sandy as if they had not been swept thoroughly, and there was sand in all of the beds. The sand in the bedding was significant enough that my parents ended up washing the sheets when we arrived.We also noticed that the dryer vent appears to blow into the kitchen area, which made the condo feel very warm and muggy whenever the dryer was running.Despite these concerns, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and amenities. With a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Overall, our stay was perfect! The whole condo was very clean. We had a wrap around balcony & the extra amenities that were provided were a very nice touch. The reason I'm giving this a review is because of the issue with the elevator on the floor we stayed on, the 12th floor. Elevator #1- the 12 floor (button) did not work at all. Elevator B, it worked perfectly. U just never knew which elevator you were gonna get. If it was Elevator #1 then we would have to go up to the 13th floor, (as the 12th floor button on Elevator #1 would not work at all), get onto the other Elevator #2 & then go down 1 floor. This went on for our entire trip of 5 days. It was very inconvenient to say the least. Ad for everything else, could not have asked for anything better..
