I have stayed in many properties on St John over the last 25 years and this one is among the best! The owners obviously take pride in their villa. The furniture and fixtures are in great shape. The home is nicely painted and beautiful. The view from the bedrooms and central living area is amazing! The Tesla batteries provide constant power and the air conditioning works great. I would definitely stay here again. We love to snorkel and the drive to any beach is reasonable from this location.

This house is gorgeous. The view is awesome. Pool was great. Multiple places to enjoy the view and weather from. We had no clue about the rolling power outages St Johns/St Thomas were performing. This basically put us out of power and running water the first 2 days. Owner was great. Refunded us 1.5 days. Had a maintenance guy come by that got the water primed and running again. Tesla batteries were highly touted and were basically useless. That may or may not have been due to the A/C running the night we got there and hadn’t realized the power was out. I would say we had about 1-2 hours of back up power. Did not work after that. Luckily power came on to the island for good on day 3 about 11:00am or so. Again, this house is fantastic and well kept with incredible views. Might want to check the planned rolling power outage situation before you go though. Also, you have to rent a jeep and plan on some pretty adventurous driving to get up to the house.

This was a great place for our family of 4! We originally booked it for 5 but one of our kids didn’t end up going so there was an extra bedroom upstairs. The place is well laid out. The pool and hot tub were amazing with a view that you can’t beat. We used them both daily. The management team was very attentive as well. We would definitely stay here again!
