Charming 2-bedroom condo with WiFi, AC in enjoyable Sarasota
Consider this 2nd floor condo your home away from home while you visit Sarasota. This welcoming property features 2 bedrooms, perfect for guests looking for an enchanting stay. With amenities like AC, heat, WiFi/cable TV, washing machine and dryer, your comfort is our top priority. This condo features a beautiful lanai overlooking Palm Aire golf course. It has a community pool and clubhouse directly in front of it. The location is conveniently located near University Parkway and I75. Loaded with great shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. This condo rents at a 30-day minimum with a 30-day preapproval required prior to occupancy. Enjoy your time in Sarasota at our excellent condo. Available from mid-April thru the end of December. All of this condo's furniture is brand new for 2025, including beds, mattresses, bedding, couches, lanai and kitchen table/chairs. All new wood floors in Family room, dining, bedrooms and hallways installed in 2025.
