Great home with fantastic views of the lake! It had everything we needed for a fun getaway and the rooftop patio is a great hangout space. It is important to note that the living area/kitchen is upstairs (to take advantage of the beautiful view) and the bedrooms are downstairs. Not a big deal unless you have elderly people who aren’t good with stairs. But we made it work and everyone had a wonderful time!

This was such a fun place to stay! Everyone had their own space if they needed it and plenty of room to gather together for games or meals. The rooftop deck was so fun, with a great view of the lake. The property was extremely clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was perfect!

Trip to the Ark Encounter

Getting to the property was a little scary.The houses along Humes Ridge as you get closer to the property were pretty run down, but once you get to Jacob it was better. The property/house is beautiful. The view of Williamstown Lake is amazing.

Great vacation

Our family visited KY for the Ark Adventure. The house was conveniently located about 15 minutes away. What added to the vacation was the house and great lake view. We started and ended many days with family walks up and down the lake streets. As noted, the house was new and the owners took great effort ensuring the house had all the amenities to feel like home. Thanks for the welcome basket, the kids and adults enjoyed the treats. 5 gold stars!! Thanks, Ron.
