This apartment was spacious and had modern decor. It was very quiet at night, but had expected noise in the neighborhood during the day due to some local construction and the school/church across the street. We loved that it was within walking distance to two of our favorite restaurants: Pasadena Noodle & Grill and Sahara. Also, as we are big tea drinkers, loved that there was a kettle provided in the kitchen. Parking is tight, so you should have a small car or be a very skilled driver. We would definitely stay here again.

Safe and cute

This property was in a cute, safe neighborhood, across from a church. There were restaurants and lots of bubble tea in the nearby area, about 2 miles from Old Pasadena. Inside the house was almost as described. I was disappointed to find only 1 queen bed and the futon was only a mattress on the floor. I don’t think 4 people could sleep here. I went out to buy a pillow because there were only 2 available. I wish there had been baking sheets available as I bought a couple frozen meals to supplement eating out. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the rooms were as pictured in the advertisement. Entry into the house was easy, no need to carry a key. The Mountain View was spectacular and there was an In-n-Out burger right around the corner.
