Enjoy waterfront living in this newly updated townhome at Siesta Bayside South on Siesta Key’s quiet south end. This small community of six units offers a pool, dock, kayaks, paddleboards, beach cruisers, beach chairs, and a grill. A boat lift is available for an additional fee. Just a 5-minute walk to Turtle Beach, with easy mainland access via South Bridge, avoiding heavy traffic. 90-day minimum rental required. Interior photos will be updated with new photos after unit remodel and new furnishings.
