The house is beautiful and location is very nice. Very relaxing. It had an everything we needed. There was some confusion trying to gain access to the property though. Not having direct access to chat with the host is inconvenient and delayed us in trying to check in. It was also pouring rain at the time so that made it stressful; although no one can do anything about the weather. We would stay here again

We do hate that check-in started off stressfully — especially with everyone arriving in the rain. We send detailed arrival instructions and access information ahead of time so guests can head straight into the home upon arrival. When we connected by phone, we discovered someone in the party was attempting to access using a different code than what we provided. Thankfully situations like this are very uncommon, but travel days, weather, and coordinating multiple family members can sometimes create a little confusion. We’re glad we were able to help get everything sorted quickly and that you were still able to enjoy a relaxing weekend together. Thanks again for visiting us!
