This was our second stay in this condo/property. We have it saved as its our go to spot when coming to Cancun. The residents, the security and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our hosts are great communicators when setting up the rental and making sure you checked in. Definitely a great spot to spend some time relaxing in. It has everything you need!

The community is very safe. Very secure. The pool it self was hot and not enjoyable. Didn’t like conflicting rules about not being able to take pictures with a camera but can take photos with phone camera. Property overall well maintained.

This property had absolutely everything you needed it was comfy and homely and would recommend it to all. Kitchen was well equipped clean and comfy beds good shower and food WiFi.The pool was lovely and clean and huge with a lovely little beach area. The security was also very good.There where some little restaurants a short walk away that sold authentic Mexican food and some small stores.A short Uber ride took you downtown.We had no complaints about anything at this property and will keep it in mind for future visits.

Our hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. They checked in periodically as well and happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was stunning, exactly as asvertised and the ammenities were also as described. It had everything you needed to cook, relax, and have a great vacation away from the all inclusives. The complex is in a great location and easy to commute to and from. We intend to stay here for our next trip. Highly recommend!

We could not use the barbecue since it was dirty from the last person who used it.

Great place and location. Super clean and spacious. Communication was great. Only thing I didn’t like the terrace door lock was broken and triggered AC cutting on and off.
