Welcome to Splash 1207E. A pristine 1600sqft condo located at Splash, one of the Top 15 new condominium resorts in all of Florida. This END UNIT is located on the 12th floor, east tower, and features two master suites with two full baths, a bunk area and a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 8 (no pets, sorry!). The private balcony is accessible from both master bedrooms and the living room. Unique only to the east end units is a large offset on the balcony that offers an endless clear view of the gulf.

This end unit condo has been completely renovated and upgraded and is ready to host an amazing week at the Emerald Coast. The ample living room is comfortable and offers a Smart TV for entertainment. Although it might be hard to tear your eyes away from the views of the Gulf that you can enjoy from the area. Both of the bedrooms face the Gulf with balcony access, blackout blinds, andSmart TVs and king size beds.

The kitchen has all appliances and conveniences for making meals or snacks. . The bunk area will delight kids or accommodate adults. And the sleeper sofa rounds out sleeping for eight.

A full size new Washer and Dryer are also on hand for your convenience.

1GB High Speed WIFI throughout the condo and even on the beach!

Step out onto the beach and enjoy free beach service daily from March 1 to Oct 31: includes two beach lounges with cushions, small table and giant umbrella. Ask the Cabana person on the beach for 1207E chair service.

It is Panama City Beach's only amusement water park and luxury condo all in one. Enjoy the many water areas:

-a shallow play area for toddlers

Poolside is a Tiki Bar with drinks and food service. Across the walking bridge, is an Alvin's Island (store with pool items, clothing, toys and more). Splash also offers a beautiful gym featuring state of the art work out equipment including treadmills overlooking the amazing ocean.

There is a one time registration fee of $35 payable to Splash Resort upon arrival and registration, covers parking for one vehicle and arm bands. Additional fee for 2nd vehicle.

This is a NO PET, NON SMOKING, NON VAPING CONDO AND RESORT. Anyone caught smoking anywhere on the property will face eviction and loss of rent and deposit.

I recently went to Splash Beach Resort with family & was pleasantly pleased w/ Two Master suites overlooking the beachfront. The bunk room was a hit!! Sleepersofa available (we didn't need it).The weather was perfect. Beach chairs included daily. Recommend going early 8-9am to reserve your daily assigned chairs with 'beach checkin hut' to the left of wooden stairs. We sat in 2 vacant seats bc The man was gone to lunch when we arrived. He was going to move us way down to the end after we had been there for 75min...but we went to the pool instead. We would definitely go back. Had a comfortable stay. Thank you Donna for taking my 86yo mom in a wheelchair to parking garage across the street at checkout!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, spacious open floor plan and classy beach decor. There were 2 recliners one of which made a perfect bed for an elderly parent who normally needs such a chair to sleep. The showers were step in also making our stay easier with an aging parent. The beds were super comfy too! The balcony expanded tge entire condo, enhancing the view of beach, ocean and surrounding area. The owner made check in/out extremely easy. Definitely a family friendly complex. We enjoyed the Riverside Grille on the property as well.

This unit was beautifully decorated with a GREAT view! The corner balcony with a total of three balcony entrances made it easy to enjoy multiple Gulf views. It was clean and ready for the week. Any minor issues that came up were immediately addressed by the owner. He was very responsive. The location is far enough away from the hustle and hustle of the city but close enough to get anywhere you need to go efficiently. The PERFECT location for families with young children.

Overall condo was very clean and nice. Would definitely book again.The washer did have an odor to it. However, the resort itself was a little disappointing. The pool area was quite small for that size resort. Spent most of our time on the beach due to limited seating space at the pools and the pools/lazy river were sadly dirty with food and bandaids in the pool and pool area constantly. We’d would be floating a piece of bread or band aid would be right there. After our first day we just stayed on the beach.

Amazing vacation

First off i want to thank Bill and his wife for the fast communication and replies.The condo was everything listed plus more? The home was so spacious for a party of 7 and the condo had plenty of accommodations, from being able to wash clothes to cooking breakfest was the best but the best part of the vacation The property offered a family-friendly atmosphere, a welcome contrast to party hotels with disruptive teenagers; it was a condominium ideal for families seeking a relaxing vacation. Security was excellent; while not overly intrusive, their presence provided reassurance and assistance with any issues that arose. I would rate this location ten stars if possible.

What makes this property unique

1207 East has one of the best floor plans at Splash. Two master suites that face the beach with full balcony access. Both suites have huge double sink vanities and fresh new showers. This unit has basically the same square footage as the 3 bedroom end unit. There is extra space on the balcony and a non obstructed view of the gulf all the way to Pier Park.
