Nice comfy stay

We had a nice stay for 4 nights. The owners were very communicative with us during our stay to keep us posted on maintenance workers coming in and out while we were in and out. Well supplied and comfy for us.

Christmas in Gatlinburg

This cabin is so comfy! The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The towels and sheets are super soft. The location is ideal - close to all the fun Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge has to offer but still tucked away in the forest. I highly recommend this cabin.

Clean

This cabin was clean! Perfect amount of room for 7 adults. The back porch was cool and where we spent most of our time unwinding with the fireplace and hot tub.

Sisters trip

The cabin was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for cooking and staying there😊. We especially liked the hot tub and fire pit. Getting up and watching the sun come up and then later watching the sunsets was a wonderful experience on that huge deck. The cabin was close to everything that we wanted to do. We will request this cabin again.

Great Cabin

This is a great place to stay with the family. The beds and couches are comfortable. The porch is peaceful, and relaxing. It is very close to the Pigon Forge strip. If you rent this cabin, watch the owners video on how to get to the cabin. The first turn you see is very steep, and a tight left turn. This video has a easier way.

It was a nice house in a decent location

There was a urine stain on the comforter and the bottom of the shower curtain both of which were in the master bedroom. Other than that the house was gorgeous and would stay again. Perfect house for entertaining

Perfect little hideaway

We slept like babies here. The beds are so comfortable! Owner is very responsive and checks on you. Grill was out (we didn't plan to use it) but he went ahead and brought over a new one. The little added touch of oven ready cookies in the fridge definitely brought a smile to our daughter's face. The back deck is very roomy and a lovely place to chill out with a book. We will definitely be back!

Truly a great home; location!

We loved the house. Beds were comfortable and living room space and kitchen were just what we needed. We loved the games provided, shuffle board and XBox too. When we rent cabins, we really try to eat our meals there. We felt there was a shortage of plates, good steak knives, scissors, and kitchen linens. Likewise, we really could have used more towels for the bathrooms. We felt like we had to wash towels every time someone took a shower. There just werent' enough.

A Great Dollywood Retreat w/Wheelchair Accessibility

What a great spot! My group of 6 loved our stay at this cabin. The house had everything we needed for our two night stay as we visited Dollywood--plenty of cookware/glassware/towels/blankets. The property is tucked away on a steep approach, but the owners provided a clearly laid out map ahead of time. The only improvement that could have been made to our stay is that one of our party uses an electric wheelchair for mobility and there was not a ramp from the house down to the patio/porch area out back. Additionally, both of the bathrooms were an extremely tight fit when trying to access them via wheelchair. Other than that, no complaints!

New Favorite Spot

This cabin is close to everything, but with plenty of privacy. We spent more time in the cabin than usual, so we appreciated the cooking utensils. We never got around to baking the cookies, but it was a sweet surprise nonetheless! The little touches like shampoo, dish liquid, hand sanitizer, etc. we’re so thoughtful and convenient. A dish towel would have been appreciated, as well. Our college kids enjoyed the video games, and we all loved the cozy fireplace and beautiful deck. Even though it was cold, we spent one fun evening around the fire pit! It was the perfect place for a quick family getaway. We hope to return in warmer weather so we can enjoy that gorgeous deck!

Great Cabin

This cabin was great for our family of 5. Size was perfect and I loved that it was all on one level since I have 2 toddlers. The cabin needs a good deep clean (including the furniture on the porch and the grill) but overall it was as described. The Master needs a new mattress as the one there sagged in the middle. The other beds were super comfy and my girls LOVED the kids room with the bunkbeds and the games. It was so nice being mostly secluded but still so close to "town." I also need to add that the washer and dryer were TINY. I could only wash 3 towels at a time and we had to wash 2 loads of towels a day for our family of 5. Overall, the small things were minor inconveniences but would definitely recommend this cabin.

Great Location-Great Back Porch-Nice Quite Area

What we loved about this property was the location and the back porch, where most of our time was spent. The road leading to cabin was not bad, one sharp turn, but fine otherwise. I am not a local, not used to driving mountains roads and I was not scared. We had an issue with running out of propane but owner rectified it immediately. Overall the cabin was really nice, minor issues with cleanliness but any and all concerns we had were addressed with owner. What we didn't really love was the kitchen supplies and the stove but we made do. The kitchen has the very basic supplies/appliances and it could use some upgraded pots and pans and serving bowls for sure. This was not a big deal to us but the washer/dryer are not standard size. Beds were comfy, no issues there. The listing states that there are two queen beds and a bunk bed in the third room and there is only the bunk beds. My oldest son slept on the top bunk, he's 26, and it was fine but I would say top bunk is for smaller younger kids. The middle room has a queen bed but no TV which was a little disappointing as I like to watch TV when I go to bed, the master has a TV. The only thing that made us really sad was we didn't see snow and it snowed the day after we left. Thank you for your wonderful home.

Our property is owned by David & Anthony who recently moved to Eureka Springs from the Pittsburgh, PA region. David, with an IT background and able to fix just about anything, combined with Anthony's extensive experience in the hotel industry, we make the perfect team!

We were drawn to this beautiful property as each Cabin boasts beautiful artwork, gorgeous, manicured landscaping, water features and high-end amenities. Attention to detail was the main focus by the previous owners as well as excellent customer service!

Our close proximity to downtown with ample parking was also very attractive as parking can be quite difficult at times in downtown. With just a 5 minute walk to the heart of Eureka, we are perfectly situated for quick and easy access to dining, shops, art galleries, bars and natural springs.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood as it is quiet and peaceful with minimal traffic on our road. With just a 5 minute walk you can quickly be downtown where all the action is.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful landscaping, unique artwork at every turn, 14 foot waterfall, water features at every cabin, peaceful and quite, free on-site parking and close proximity to downtown. We are pet friendly and allow 1 dog up to 50 pounds or 2 smaller dogs. We can provide a dog crate and furniture covers if needed.
