A 'Perfectly Set' up Luxurious Home with Every Amenity that you can imagine...from a GOURMET KITCHEN to a HEATED, SALT WATER SWIMMING POOL. (closed in the winter months) Nothing was overlooked!

This magnificent home sits on 2 fenced-in acres of pristine land on a cul-de-sac. It is peaceful and private. It is also located within minutes to the 'Glamorous' Cape May Beaches, Historic Down Town, Most Renowned Restaurants in the area, Best Bird Watching, Higbee Beach, Best Wineries, most played Golf Courses and with out a doubt...some terrific places to sight-see.

Enter the home through an elegant foyer. An open floor plan allows you to immediately experience the sunken great room with 30 foot ceilings and an eye catching grand fireplace that features a (brand new in 2024) 70' flat screen TV. The Great Room opens up into a state of the art Kitchen that also features an 11' Dining table. It was designed to amaze everyone who loves to cook but also designed for large family gatherings. It has top of the line, stainless steel appliances...Thermador, commercial grade gas, 6 burner range with griddle and double oven, GE Monogram refrigerator/freezer, commercial grade dishwasher, over sized microwave and a GE Monogram wine refrigerator with a separate bar area. A 14' center island allows for more than enough counter space for a few people to be preparing food together. There is seating for 6 people at the island.

Every Bedroom was designed to make you feel like you are in staying in a five star resort! There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor...3 bedrooms on the second floor.The Master Suite, located on the first floor, has a door leading out to your own backyard oasis. Every Bathroom was made to feel like you are being pampered at a high end spa. There are 3 1/2 baths on the first floor...2 full baths on the second floor. A Children's Playroom is on the second floor. It has colored blocked rubber mats as flooring, painted chalkboard walls, a craft table, flat screen TV with Xbox and lots of toys! The Billiard Room is located on the second floor overlooking the great room It consists of a billiards table, bar with sink, refrigerator and seating to accommodate large groups.

The Backyard...A Dream Come True! From the amazing 35' in-ground pool, children's playground on rubber mulch, outdoor speakers, and a shallow swim area (1 1/2 ft deep) to accommodate the youngest of kids looking to play... or an adult looking to sink a chair, enjoy a cocktail, and chat with friends or family. To prevent any unnecessary accidents or concerns that parents may have with children and a pool... the pool has a fence around it that can be locked when its not being used.

The Back Patio...designed with a slate floor, a gorgeous mahogany ceiling and 2 ceiling fans. One of my favorite places to be! You will enjoy grilling in the outdoor, enclosed kitchen while enjoying the view of the backyard and the pool. The convenience and luxury of having an over sized gas grill, refrigerator, storage cabinets, sink and beautiful granite counter tops are all right at your fingertips!. A separate, outdoor sitting area with cozy couches, area rug, coffee table and a flat screen TV...great place to catch the morning/evening news, read a book or take an afternoon snooze!

This home is a 'must have' for a vacation! You won't want to leave and will definitely be back again! Experience it....it will be one of the most memorable vacations you ever had!

Beautiful, gathering areas as well as cozy space for getting some quiet time - this home has it all!

We have a family of 12, ages toddler to adult, and finding a home to accommodate the sleeping and gathering needs is uppermost on the list of must-haves. Actually, we said 'if the little ones are happy, then everyone is happy!' And they were VERY happy :) This home is easy to love as you walk in through the grand front entrance, looking beyond the spacious family room out to the beautifully landscaped yard and pool and expansive, fenced backyard that includes a great play space. The interior throughout is well appointed with the care and eye of an interior designer. We especially loved the kitchen that has several prep areas and included a grand banquet table that we used throughout the day and ended with our family 'game nite' gathering. The home is close enough to Cape May Point for a quick car ride to the beach. If you like bikes, which were enjoyed immensely by a couple in our group, it's an easy ride to sightsee and travel to town and around. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy; one to remember is Beach Plum Farm for breakfast and also their Beach Plum Bakery & Cafe for that so very delicious cup of coffee and homemade chai tea - the best! (It's attached to a great variety of boutique shops called West End Garage housed under the same roof -bonus!). The homeowners, Debbie and Shaun, are wonderful. They were always at the ready with answers, information and help when needed. They completed the perfect family vacation. It is such a beautiful place, you'll love it, Ken and Anne

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! We rented this house for our family to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. There were 10 adults and 5 children ages 3-9. This house is everything you see on the internet plus more. Debbie and Shawn are the most caring, considerate people. They can't do enough to make your stay as memorable as possible. The house is absolutely magnificent and immaculate. The design of the house gave everyone the space they needed. The kitchen and outdoor kitchen is absolutely spectacular. The kitchen is fully equipped, right down to the ice machine. We spent a lot of time cooking and hanging out and no one felt crowded. Our family really enjoyed the beautiful pool and the spacious manicured yard where many games were played. Everything is very close, supermarket, liquor store, beach, etc. We have looked at many houses and non have compared to this. Our family will share memories of this vacation forever. This is truly the perfect rental home.

Our best vacation rental ever!

The property had a great first impression which was verified as we went through the rental week. The house was clean and very well decorated for the Easter holiday. The front and back yards were well maintained and inviting for outdoor games.

Marvelous Cape May Home

We have rented this beautiful home twice so far for a cookie decorating retreat. The home is suitable for many guests, always spotlessly clean, the gourmet kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and the owner is amazing to work with. We all have such a great time that we can't wait for our next trip to what the gals now call The Cape May Mansion! You won't be disappointed!

I love the opportunity of running my two homes. 'Exuding Luxury' and other beach homes.. I thoroughly enjoyed working with an architect to design Exuding Luxury. I am hoping to work on another design project in the near future. Architectural design and interior design are definitely a passion of mine..socializing is too! You will get a sense of that when you vacation in this home!

I grew up In Warren, NJ. I attended Mount Saint Mary's High School in Watchung, NJ. After attending college in Delaware, I moved down to Cape May to help my Mom with her business for 1 summer season. That was 26 years ago!! I am very proud and thankful to call Cape May my home! I truly love the chance to chat and meet all of my renters. Seeing families and friends create memories at 'Exuding Luxury' puts a big smile on my face. I do like the opportunity to chat with my potential renters before they book.
