We really enjoyed this condo. Super easy access to the parking garage being on the same level as the sky bridge. Property amenities and included beach service were also great.

The condo was what I expected from the photos. It was very efficient and well stocked with anything you would need for a small family. Location is everything here! Being so close to Pier Park was an added bonus especially for my teenage granddaughter and her friend. I like being on a lower level so the third floor was perfect for me and easy access to the parking garage. The host was gracious and a very easy process overall. I would definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and had an amazing view. Very easy to figure out the check-in and out. The beach access and beach chair access was very convenient.

The condo was nice, although updates are definitely needed, spraying for insects should be done as we had two roaches in the condo that I saw, the toilet was leaking, and it took them two days to come and check it, the view was great, the location was great, however, In my 30 years of staying on the Gulf Coast this is the worst experience I’ve had with any management company!!! I’m not sure if they need help in the office or if they are just that unprofessional!!! We will never stay in a condo managed by this company again. Feel free to call if you have any questions regarding my review.
