Lake-facing backyard with a firepit, Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, a hammock, and Nature. Amenities abound. Have a great time with your family.

Experience the allure of brand new, mid-century modern aesthetics throughout. Delight in outdoor splendor from multiple vantage points – your secluded rooftop deck, the shared main level deck, and the expansive backyard.

Embark on leisurely strolls around picturesque Lake Whetstone, or simply unwind to the soothing melodies of birdsong, bidding farewell to the stresses of the day.

Each bedroom features a queen bed with a memory-foam spring mattress, complemented by walk-in closets stocked with plush pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, and an iron for your convenience.

Enjoy the full kitchen on the main level, well-stocked with all the necessary appliances, pots & pans, and cooking essentials.

There is a Living/Family room on each level for your convenience. Sofas in the main level and upstairs living rooms turn into a comfy bed for two if needed. There are also a couple of air mattresses in the master bedroom closet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all trash outside in the bins. Leave the house in the same clean condition you found. An extra cleaning fee of $300-$500 will be charged if house was left dirty or trash left inside/backyard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping, marijuana/drugs, firearms/weapons, firecrackers, illegal activity, prostitution allowed on property. $1000 fine upon violation.
No music/loud noise outside the house or the neighborhood. Quiet hours from 10:30pm-7am. No moving of furniture/TV inside home. $1000 fine.
Leave house in clean condition. Remove all trash. Extra cleaning fee of $300-$500 if the house is left dirty. Guest responsible for all damages.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Lalit was extremely responsive and quick to solve any of our (very small) issues that popped up. Everyone raved over how nice the property was and how much space it had. There were a couple of things that need some TLC on the property, but nothing worth complaining over. Highly recommend!
