Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 301 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach.

This cozy 3rd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 301 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.

Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. No Smoking. One Parking Space. Coin-op laundry on premises.
Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

Love the location and the property!

Great place right on the beach with everything you need. Only complaint is the key system is a little inconvenient and outdated but everything else was fantastic! Can't wait to come back.

Fantastic view!

We had a wonderful time at N Remington Beach. The condo was perfect! All the amenities of home. This condo was clean, well furnished and we really did feel at home. Definitely will stay there again!

North Redington Beach

The property we stayed at was excellent. We had the best view of the ocean since we were on Oceanside. We were right on the beach and was a quick walk to the sand. Our condo was clean and decorated nicely and I would recommend this place. I will return again.

Great Condo on the Beach

Pictures are accurate. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Beach access was nice and the pool was great! Locks needed WD40, they stuck a little. Otherwise great trip!

Not a bad spot

When I book this listing I signed the needed documents after reading. When it was almost time to check in, I asked where and how do I check in. Was told that it was in the agreement that I signed. A little bit I received the address where I need to check it and get the keys. This is not a bad place. Just feels like anywhere you go you need a key, and sometimes the key would be hard to turn. It seemed like we were the only condominium that had a pool. It's nice to have, but the key situation made the experience not so great. Honestly if someone wanted to swim in the pool the gate isn't that big, they can easily climb over. I suggest using rfid keys it would make going to the beach and from it way easier. The rooms were decently clean. The air conditioning was working well when we stayed there, but it was on the louder side. I wouldn't mind staying here again, with new improvements.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at the Emerald Isle. Although this is an older building, it is well maintained and kept clean. We enjoy the smaller size of the building because there are not large amounts of people; and while it is smaller, the views from the balconies are absolutely beautiful, and the pool and ocean are just steps away. The beach always has plenty of space, never feeling crowded. This location also has assigned parking so your spot is always available. Our first time last year we found the stay perfect. This year it was almost the same. We had some small issues that Maintenance should have taken care of before our arrival; lamps needing light bulbs, TV remotes needing batteries, one stove burner not working, and the balcony sliding glass door hard to open and close. However, the staff was very responsive, and these small nuisances did not deter us from having a wonderful vacation. We will definitely return to the Emerald Isle condos.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The plus was most definitely the location. A couple of negatives that would keep me from staying again or recommending to a friend: 1.) We saw some roaches throughout the condo, as well as the lobby of the building...not infestation level, but most definitely prevalent enough to be a concern 2.) Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. The air did quite during our stay as well, which interrupted plans on one day of our stay. The issue was remedied, without issues, but the day was still interrupted, as well as the night prior's sleep quality.

Hot water tnk temp was turned way down (below 90 degrees) So I turned it up to an appropriate and safe (to prevent certain bacteria growth) 125-130. I turned it down as it was before when I left. I told RC resorts about it after I left. Also, the Wifi was on-again-off-again so I requested RC resorts to look at it. They did promptly and gave me another (unused) network to use, which worked great.

Not sure how you would ever know in advance if there was construction going on above you during your stay. Constant noise, pounding, sawing, dragging things across floor...we assumed it was a renovation going on. From before 7 am till sometimes after 11 pm...if it was not construction, no clue what could be happening up there. LOVED the condo, the location, everything but that constant noise. The directory said that unit was “unavailable” so maybe that might be a clue in asking in advance of any possible work going on. Internet was very sketchy dropping you offline after a few minutes but we worked around that with our phones.

Great week on North Redington Beach

The complex and grounds were clean and well kept along with our room #301. The view was outstanding and it was great to have the balcony to utilize on the cooler days we experienced. There are restaurants and convenience shops located within walking distance and plenty of things to do close by. The only negative thing for us was the queen size bed in the master bedroom. We would have preferred a king size, but overall we had a great stay!

We had a great time

The room was as advertised. Really enjoyed the stay, was a little disappointed that the balcony view was blocked for the sunset, but was a fantastic view regardless. Grounds were well kept, and I couldn’t get my daughter out of the pool. A great trip and we will be back!

Emerald Isle

The condo complex was great! Right on the beach, great pool, outdoor pool area and bathrooms were cleaned daily. Master bath needs complete makeover. The toilet ran all day and night. Needs a new mattress! The kitchen stove also should be updated. However, we had four adults and had plenty of room.
