Great beach vacation

Lia was great and communicated all the necessary information for a seamless check in. We found the beach house to be perfect for us, close to Mission beach, a fully functional kitchen that we used every day, and 3 bedrooms with ensuites. Couldn't ask for more!

Lia is extremely communicative and the house was just as described! You really can’t beat this location, so great for families with small children. The golden retriever dog neighbor was icing on the cake! The kiddos loved petting the dog on our way in or out for the day. This house has everything you need! We will be back.

Amazing house!

We had a great time! The house is perfect and the location couldn’t have been better. Getting into the house was easy. We were able to fit a suburban into the garage! We would love to stay here again. The house is an easy walk to Belmont, the beach, the bay, restaurants, and coffee shops. The neighbors that share a courtyard have an adorable and sweet dog that greeted us, Lilly was the highlight of the trip for my kids!

Great location, comfortable stay. So glad it had parking

Checking in is a little convaluted as you use the code to get in the garage then you have to exit through the back of the garage and find your way to some external stairs to go up to the entrance door. But all fine once you have it. Kitchen had a stove top kettle, a must for a Brit :-)

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay! This is the first time anyone has had issues with the check in procedures. We try very hard to keep it secure and simple for our guests and have always had positive reviews for easy check in instructions. In the US this is a typical process for accessing vacation rentals. Upon airport arrival, our host messaged us to inform that early check-in was available & my family was immediately impressed. Property improvements and instructions on navigating within the unit & the surrounding area were explained in great detail without having to call our host. The few times that we needed to reach out, Lia immediately responed & answered promptly. Our stay was amazing & we couldn't ask for a better host. We would definitely love to come back.
