The home's sophisticated and cohesive design creates a bright and airy atmosphere for your perfect getaway.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Prepare meals in the sleek, contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and stylish black cabinetry. Enjoy your creations in the dining area, which also features dedicated wine storage.

BATHROOMS:
After a day on the water, unwind in one of the two stylish bathrooms—one offering a refreshing walk-in shower and another a luxurious freestanding tub for ultimate relaxation.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The home comfortably accommodates your group with a variety of sleeping arrangements:
A serene master suite
A river facing room with a queen bed
A cozy room with a full daybed and single trundle
A warm room with a full bed and single trundle
A bonus bedroom with a private door, office and living space with a pullout sofa.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, its amenities, and the surrounding property.

A dedicated path with stairs leading directly from the house down to your own private sandy beach (of note a small part of the beach is owned by our neighbors) Direct beachfront and waterfront access to the St. Lawrence River.

- The path to the private beach includes a set of stairs and may not be suitable for all guests with mobility concerns.
- For your safety, please be mindful when using the waterfront. Life jackets are not provided, so please bring your own for any water activities.
- The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay to ensure your health and safety.
- The beach front is partially shared with our neighbors so be respectful in terms of noise, behavior and removing any waste/garbage.
- Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Lovely place with all brand new appliances. Enjoyed water views from the comfort of the great room . Amazing sunset over the water. Great place to visit family.

Wonderful July 4th family trip! We had a great vacation visiting my 90-year-old mom on the St. Lawrence River over the July 4th weekend! The property was perfect for our gathering and equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay! The neighbors on both sides were incredibly nice and welcoming! The host was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly responsive—answering every phone call and text message ASAP. Overall, we highly recommend this home and wonderful host! We look forward to coming back someday soon!
