Everything about our stay was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and very responsive to our questions. The home was immaculate, and there wasn’t one thing we could think of that was missing as it relates to amenities. The beach was just a few blocks from the house. I highly recommend this VRBO!

The house is very new and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a family or a group of adults. The back patio area with the pool and hot tub was incredible. Dustin communicated quickly and was extremely hospitable throughout our stay. Beach access is close by, and the neighborhood is fantastic. 10/10—would absolutely stay here again.

Dustin is a superior host! Response time is very quick! The house is exactly as the pictures show only better! The house is filled with thoughtful items and quality necessary items. The TV’s are so “smart” that they remind you when your laundry is done . Sooo many extra amenities for use: in the pool and beach toys, chairs, and wagon! We added a few items, air hockey and lite, for the next guest s to use! Beach in waking distance everything you could want a short drive away!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental!!

Easter on the beach

Coastal Breeze Retreat is beautiful. Brand new and perfect. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. A 5 minute walk to the beach. I would love to stay here again. Dustin was very responsive and has thought of everything you would need for a beach get away, even letting me know about timing of Space x launches.

Everything about this house is great. It is beautiful. High ceilings, beautiful decor, very clean, well stocked, nice pool. Absolutely no complaints. Dustin was amazing to deal with. We look forward to coming back next year.

This house was perfect and very spacious!! It's located in a quiet neighborhood that is a couple minute's walking distance to the beach. The house had all the beach chairs, umbrella, and kid's toys available which made it great. The Port area was right down the street with great restaurants to watch cruise ships come in and out. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus! The host was very responsive to any questions and made sure our stay was memorable! We'll be back to the Cocoa Beach area next year and we definitely plan to stay here again!!

My happy place

The house was amazing and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our trip. The pool and spa were definitely a bonus along with the beach just a walk down the street. We were able to see a rocket launch and were surprised how close in proximity we were to witness it take off.  The neighborhood was full of beautiful peacocks that were fun to watch. Dustin was a great host and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the Space Coast / Cocoa Beach area. We plan to revisit and this will be our new preferred place to stay. 10 out of 10 rating for us!
