*2 Nite Minimum rental only no max* Family & pet friendly spacious A-Frame known as Baby Chocorua, 3 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 queen beds & 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms with showers & hair dryers. On site high-chair and pack and play for toddlers. two foldable cots also on site.

Open spacious Living room & kitchen area with electric fireplace & reclining sofas. Dining room table seats 8 converts to a pool/ping pong table for after dinner fun. Game room upstairs to keep the kids entertained. Dishwasher, Washing machine & Dryer for those longer stays, or when the outdoor fun is done.

Complementary EV Universal Charging station. Outdoor fire pit area, driveway accommodates up to class A RV & 6 cars, also complementary use of 8 Kayaks with life jackets if you can transport? .

White Lake State Park is adjacent to the backyard with the waterfront just a 6 min walk to White Lake State Park entrance. Located right next to corridor 19 snowmobile trail head with access right from the driveway. and let's not leave Club Motorsports just around the corner!

We had a wonderful time here- everyone from my 90 year old mother to my 10 year old daughter greatly enjoyed the place. It's clean, brand new, and includes all manner of thoughtful furnishings for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is quiet and rural- we had a couple of barn owls courting outside in the front yard one night. It's also convenient to both the lakes region and the White Mountains, and White Lake State Park is literally only steps away.I would happily stay here again.

Our family loves white lake and this by far is the best home we have stood at in white lake estates! SO clean and equipped with eveything you need. My tween boys enjoyed the pool table and Pac-Man machine. Beds were comfy. A/C was very much appreciated in 90 degree weather! You will not be disappointed this is a gem!! 10 out of 10 I’d recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was by far the best place I've ever stayed. I chose this house for a girls weekend for myself and a few friends. The house was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Art, has the home stocked with everything you could ever need (or forget at home). He responds quickly and is so friendly and accommodating! We loved the open layout of the downstairs so we could all chat and laugh no matter where we were. Even though we couldn't use the firepit due to the dry weather, it had plenty of seating around it and enough wood for days of burning!My friends and I would highly recommend staying at Baby Chocorua and will definitely be back!!!
