Princess Villas is located to the right of The Palms Resort when heading into Grace Bay. We are just 5 minutes walking distance from the main shopping areas and restaurants in Grace Bay. Take a two minute stroll from your villa to embrace our Turquoise waters.

The space: Please note that this unit is listed as a 3 bed room but can be rented as a 2 bedroom room unit. If you are interested in only 2 bedrooms please send us a request and we will adjust the price accordingly.

Guest access: Guest are free to use all Princess Villas amenities on property.

Interaction with guests: Princess Villas service is designed to allow guest to have their own privacy and space. However, we are here to assist our guest in anyway possible to ensure that they have an enjoyable stay in the beautiful by nature, Turks and Caicos Islands.

The neighborhood: Our location is perfect for travelers looking to relax, enjoy the night life and all that Providenciales, Turks and Caicos have to offer. We are located opposite the famous "The Palms Resort", which is literally a 3-4 minute scroll to the Grace Bay Beach and 5-7 minute scroll to the Grace Bay strip for travelers to enjoy the night life/ bars, stores, restaurants offered by the island.

Getting around: Walking: 3-4 minute scroll to the famous Grace Bay Beach, 10 to15 minute walk to the Grace Bay strip consisting of (Restaurants, sports bars, shops, salt mills plaza etc.)

Car Rental: Car rental can be obtained on island for guest that are adventurous and wants to be mobile at all times. Free parking provided on site.

Taxi Service: Taxi service is also another means of transportation on the island that can be arranged for guest during there stay.

The Best Customer service !

I recomand this place.Clean,great location and good price. Richard is the best host. He took care of any request or concern we had . He was extrimally helpful before we got there and during our stay. Would stay there again always ! Thank you Richard for everything !

Great location

Richard was very responsive, never taking longer than next day. The property location is great, a short walk to the. beach, numerous restaurants nearby, and the Thursday night fish fry is a block away. The proprty was clean and very functional. We would stay here again. Just an FYI, there was no convenient outdoor sitting area such as a deck or a patio. While there is a pool it was downstairs and you had to bring your own table and chairs. For us this was fine as we just went for more walks along a gorgeous beach.

Great property a block from the beach!

So close to everything! Full kitchen. We did have a car so everything was very close! The apt was clean. Plenty of towels and even shampoo and condioners. We are beach people and Richard provided us with loungers and umbrellas on the beach which was right around the corner! We love Provo and would stay here again!

Great value for the price

We rented the apartment during the 3rd week of March, we found it to be very clean and the owner very accommodating. It is about a 5 minute walk to Grace bay beach where there designated beach chairs and about 15 minute walk to downtown Grace bay . We rented a car while we were there , mainly because we wanted to explore the island and it made it easier to get groceries. The kitchen is full size ( our unit looked like it had brand new appliances) but if you don't feel like cooking there are plenty of restaurants with in walking distance .It ended up being a very enjoyable vacation and we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again
