Another great week spent at the Keeler Road cottage in Torrance. This is our 3rd summer and we thoroughly enjoy staying here. It is a perfect location on Lake Muskoka.
This is our second year staying at the cottage. The owner is very pleasant and flexible. We love staying here, enjoying the large property, and the wonderful beach and swimming area. No weeds, no rocks, just pure sandy beach and a large dock to jump off. We are already talking about year 3 at this cottage. We love it here!!
Great play area, great property-lots of space to run around, short walk to the beach, no weeds or rocks in the water. Cottage very comfortable and great layout for multiple people and children. They children between 3-6 years old...all eant to come.back next year.
This property is surrounded by trees and very private and peaceful. Clean, comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. The family looks forward to going again next year. Feels like HOME.
Great location , very well equipped .
Surprise at bomber of steps , wife uses a walker ,

Hi Philip, very sorry that i wasn't aware that your wife uses a walker because i would have definitely mentioned the cottage was a split level. Hope you still where able to enjoy your visit to Muskoka.
Great location, great host, great everything! Host left a complementary bottle of wine for us. Had a binder with clear instructions on how to operate the fireplace and other items, etc. Highly recommend.
Beautiful home, has everything you need and more! Stayed at Alan's home for 2 short nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is breathtaking, right on the water. It was really nice going up there to so some team building would definately rent it again, next time we will stay much long as 2 day was not enough time! Thanks again Alan

Hi Cheryl.
Thank you for your very nice review and I do hope to hear from you for your next visit to Muskoka.
Place was good for our group of 6 seniors. The only concern we have is the water pressure of the place esp ecially the kitchen faucet. It takes forever to wash the dishes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. I can come back with my family but we are 16 so the place would be too small for sleeping arrangement unless we bring inflatable mattresses.

I'm very happy you enjoyed your stay,
I did look at the water pressure in the kitchen and it was the aerator that needed to be cleaned. so the pressure is good again.
Thanks, hope to hear from you for your next visit to Muskoka.
Even though owner was aware that I had a handicapped son, he did not make me aware of multiple levels and no railings

I'm sorry that your son had difficulty with the steps but I did let you know that there was 3 steps from the both lower level and that it is a split level cottage. I'm sorry but I never considered the fact that your son would require the need of a railling.
I hope you where able to still enjoy your stay.
Spacious accommodations, suitable for large groups. Disappointed with cleanliness (kitchen floor had not been cleaned, pullout sofa had not been vacuumed, dirt under the seating cushions ,fridge had not been wiped out from previous tenants, gnats/fruit flies flying around kitchen sink and countertops which we were unable to get rid of. Location of cottage is in very close proximity to railroad tracks and crossing which was noisy during the night time hours with train whistles and bells.
