We absolutely loved our stay at Barefoot Bliss! The house was clean, charming, comfortable, and perfect for our family and our dog. The location was fantastic — close to the beach, great restaurants, and all the nearby towns.The pool was a great bonus, and the six-person golf cart was definitely a highlight. It made getting around and exploring the area so much easier and more fun!We had a wonderful family vacation, made some great memories, and would definitely stay at Barefoot Bliss again. Highly recommend!

We LOVED this house! It was the perfect place for our family beach vacation. The pool was absolutely amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better—so convenient to the beach!There was plenty of space for our multi-generational family to spend quality time together while also having room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time when needed.The host was fantastic and very responsive whenever we had a question. The golf cart was also a great addition and made getting around so easy and convenient!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back!

This home was as advertised and provided perfect setting and accommodations for large family vacation. Everything was first class with clean warm rooms, beautiful pool, golf cart to get to beach only couple blocks away (easily walkable too). Definitely will be back!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had a few glitches but they were quickly dealt with. The pool and golf cart were big hits with the younger set and both were clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do what they wanted which was nice too. We loved having full size washer/dryer for our use and with all the towels, it came in handy. All in all, we recommend Barefoot Bliss for family vacation and fun times for all.

30a summer family vacation

This gem in sugarwood beach was perfect. It had all the necessities and included a golf cart. It’s super close to the hub and beach access. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious.

Home was very spacious and spread out perfectly for all 10 of us consisting of 3 families! Very nicely updated and very comfortable and sturdy beds and furniture! Loooved the shower in our master!!Golf cart was great for getting out with grands in the early morning! The pool alarm was annoying AT FIRST but so very grateful for it with 4 grandchildren!! Pool was a great morning gathering before driving cart to the beach access at Greenwood or Greenland..forgot name..the area was not crowded for end of June!! Grateful also for washer and dryer and iron for picture day! Only complaint was high chair table was loose and granddaughter is very mobile and fell forward out of chair! That was our only scare! She is very active though! Communication with Bob was great throughout our time. Electricity went out across our neighborhood the first and last day for about 4 hours but that was no fault of the property owners! They were very gracious in being available to ask questions! We would definitely stay again!

Best Family Beach Week

Everything about this stay was amazing. Every summer, we spend a week at the beach (either NC or FL). The location of the house, use of a golf cart, and enclosed pool set this beach week apart. Little details set this home apart from other rentals. Having a pool with a screened enclosure kept the bugs away and gave us a great retreat after a long day at the beach. In addition, the closest beach access was a hidden gym, as many of the other public access beaches were overcrowded. We never felt cramped and were able to set up right on the water anytime before 11 am.

A Perfect Coastal Getaway

Our stay at Barefoot Bliss was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the house is nestled into the sweetest neighborhood, so quiet and private, perfect for relaxing. The house itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and has a fabulous screened in pool and hot tub area.The beach access is so close and made it easy to go for a swim or a walk along the shore whenever we wanted. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the open-concept living area was great for gathering as a family.The location was also ideal—secluded enough for peace and quiet but close enough to town for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a relaxing and luxurious coastal retreat, this is the place!

Best Place on 30A

Overall - this is a must stay location, if you are considering any vacation along the Florida coast. I have been to this house about a dozen times and any chance I can get (in any season) - I will visit. Recently, we were discussing senior HS trips with our daughter - threw out Bahamas, Cayman, Mexico, etc. She said "why can't we just go to that house in Florida?" The reason (according to her expertise) - the house is perfect, the beaches are cleaner and better sand/ water than the last three she has been to (Belize, Costa Rica and Bahamas). Until you stay here, it is hard to describe how unique this house is. You are in a neighborhood that is a short golf cart ride to anything you need, whether you want to run up to Publix, grab a pizza or burger, head over to Seaside (for a quick morning coffee). The layout gives you a quiet buffer from the chaos of 30A. You feel like you are in a country home, when you are literally a short walk from everything. The beach is outstanding - if nothing else, having access to an area of beach that does not have six layers of people deep is enough for me. The house has a great layout - two large master bedrooms downstairs and big rooms upstairs. The kids have a hideaway above the garage with bunkbeds and their own refrigerator. The pool, hot tub and grill area make it easy to relax under the huge screened porch, while the kids play on the full-size arcade upstairs. Unmatched -how I would describe it in a word.
