Our Disney vacation villa, 2 Kings, 2 Queens & 4 Twins, is located in the # 1 overall rated Vacation Resort of Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills Resort is considered by many guests and travelers to be the best overall vacation home community in and around the Central Florida's Disney area with a newly renovated in resort Water Park. The Windsor Hills Resort is just about 3 miles to the main entrance of Disney’s main gate and is also less than 5 minute drive to the major shops and restaurants located on Highway 192 -Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.

This gorgeous house has everything you need for your vacation: new high end furniture, fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed/wireless Internet, free long distance phone call to US and Canada, game room with a full size, 8 ft professional pool table and a foosball, All LCD flat screen cable TVs in each bedroom and family room, DVD player and more. Our stay at this villa in Kissimmee was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious—perfect for our family vacation. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living areas made it easy to relax and spend quality time together.The private pool was definitely a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect after long days at the parks. The location couldn’t have been better either—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet still quiet and peaceful.Communication with the host was seamless. Great Place for Families

Had a great stay. Plenty of rooms to have your own space and also many large common areas to be with the whole family. Pool and spa were nice and warm. Convenient to local attractions if that’s what you’re into. Local gated community is quiet but also has a great place for kids at the water park/community pool. 2nd time staying at this house. Nicely priced and will repeat.

Great place, great owner who helped us get a few extra towels and extras that we needed within hours and no extra charges. Sometimes the community "pool police" can ruin or try to ruin your day but great place to stay.

An amazing place

This place was the perfect house for our group. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Communication with the host was good. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Even helped me quickly when had an unexpected guest come to join us and got her on the list.

Peaceful statv

The property was easily accessible to the places we needed. Our stay was comfortable. We did deep clean when we arrived but the place was clean it’s not like it was horrible. The outdoor area could’ve been better. We spent a lot of time shopping and exploring Kissimmee but when we returned we were comfortable. I love that we had a laundry room with working units. Lee was very pleasant. I would return.

Absolutely perfect location. Very close to community pool and park. Enjoyed movie nights and events. Lee is so great to work with. So close to all the parks. Walmart right up the street but they were super busy. Already planning our next trip. The only negative is first floor didn't have a master with bathroom. There is just one bathroom on main floor. Not handicapped accessible with downstairs shower. Also the pots and pans could use an update and adding a crockpot would be a bonus. We loved the house, location and communication!! Thank you!

Property was more than what a listing could describe. Our extended family of 14 had plenty of room to enjoy meals in the modern kitchen and adjoining dining area. Parking headache

The problem was parking issue. You have home for 12 guest some flying some driving but the property only want 3 car no sane. then everyone can travel to parks or attractions within there budget. I was stress cannot have guest at all so family the live there cannot see me and we cannot go to them in 3 cars. I feel you should sell extra parking in over flow. I spend the whole week in stress. also the houses had roach on last day please spray as baby was there to visit.

Thank you for your feedback. The Windsor Hills Resort is one of the best resorts in the Disney area, the resort set the parking limitation for three vehicles, not the homeowners. We are not in the position to increase the limitation or charge parking fee etc. However, we can send feedback to resort for consideration that if they can be flexible for the parking limitation. We checked the house after your check out, did not see any roach, but we have pest control company that regularly does the preventive pest spray. We had asked them to do an extra spray this month.

First Family Florida Trip

The house was great, plenty of room and very spacious! Loved the private pool! We had a great time! The pool was not cleaned out very well and didn’t have the pool cleaning net, but hot tub was wonderful! It was very noisy at night with everyone around us playing loud music cussing and hollering! Traffic was really bad with it being located near Walmart and it being the 4th of July week! I would stay there again all and all! This is only some things that will happen every where you visit

We had a problem with the garbage disposal and the pool/hot tub not heating. I called the owner and he had maintenance out the next morning and everything was fixed to satisfaction. I would stay there again!

Nice house with lots of room work for our family. The pool at the house was nice but the community pool was great. A couple of slides for the kids and a nice large pool for us to hang out. Good proximity to Disney and Univerisal. Great time.

Fantastic Family Fun

The property is true to the pictures and extremely clean. It is located in a beautiful resort that is close to Disney and many restaurants. We especially loved having our own pool for relaxing!!
