This property is exactly as shown in the listing photos. We had a great stay here and Allison the host was excellent, very communicative and helpful. Chatham is an excellent base for a holiday in Cape Cod and we loved our stay at this property.

We had a fantastic time at this property. We stayed with our two children, 11 and 12 years.It is perfectly situated. I think the longest we drove for was about an hour up to Provinceyown. Chatham is pretty and lively with lots to do. The beaches have warm water and are great for children to swim. Watching the fishermen and seals off the fish pier is great fun. Whale watching from Provincetown was incredible.There is a Chatham nature reserve a 5 minutes drive from thehouse which has great tidal pools with fish and crabs in.The house itself is modern and has everything you need. It is clean, comfy and the neighbours are quiet.Allison is a brilliant host. She made check in easy and was contactable if any issues arose...which they didn't. You will be very pleased if you rent this house!

This lovely Cape Cod cottage was just what we needed for our family while visiting Chatham for a wedding weekend. From start to finish we had excellent communication with the owner who even went out of her way to help us trouble shoot something and find a steamer iron. The cottage was so quaint, yet somehow spacious too. We liked relaxing on the comfy section sofa, enjoying coffee on the covered front porch near a beautiful blooming rhododendron. It was a nice touch to have beach chairs and towels to b borrow. We'd stay there again on our next visit.
