We had a great time. There were 12 of us and the house worked very well. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves and get some alone time. There were many activities in the village as well as around Truckee

There were a couple things that we wanted to note. 1. Neighbor property was sanding the deck making a lot of noise and dust during our stay. They were only doing this during work hours though.2. Bathroom fan for rooms 5-6 I believe is not working properly.3. Hot tub cover needs replacing. It's heavy due most likely to being waterlogged.Overall a great house that was perfect for our weekend.

The property was great for our family get together. The layout of the house gave everyone space and privacy while the main rooms and deck were perfect for visiting together. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the shuttle was easy and convenient. Would stay again!

Basement is wonderful!Needs more outdoor activities such as bikes, beach things to bring or a ping pong table to help with the entertainment. But overall great property!
