This home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests per HOA rules! The Sandbar Retreat is the perfect relaxing get away for the whole family! Features the space provides for guests to enjoy include but are not limited to: •WIFI available for all guests 💻📲 • Washer/Dryer👙🩱🩳 • Modern Stainless-Steel Appliances with an electric stove ✨ • Coffee maker ☕️ • Propane BBQ Grill 🍗🥩 • Covered Patio 🌟 • Second Story Balcony✅ • Fenced in yard🏡 • Basketball Game in the garage 🏀 • Neighborhood Boat Ramp available for guest use 🙌🏻 •Private Pool in Backyard of property👙🏊🏼‍♀️🏊‍♂️ • Community Pool, & Sports Courts complex amenity center😎 -NEW golf cart available for rent $100 a day, ask property manager about this if interested! ⛳️🏌🏻‍♀️ **^^guests must sign a liability waiver 🌊☀️ Cozy Sleeping Arrangements After a day of Fun: • Bedroom 1: Queen bed - Sleeps 2 People • Bedroom 2: King Bed - Sleeps 2 People • Bedroom 3: King bed - Sleeps 2 People • Upstairs Loft(Second living room/Bedroom 4): Queen Bed with sofa sleeper - Sleeps 2-4 Guest Access Information: Guests will have access to the entire home, neighborhood boat ramp and all the amenities Clearwater Harbor has to offer!🚨 (PLEASE GIVE 72 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE YOUR STAY IF RENTING THE GOLF CART!!)🚨 About the Neighborhood Area: This home is located in the gated HOA community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina & boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your golf clubs and play on the greens at The Legends Golf Course just a few minutes away! If hiking is more your style, you can go to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood is local to easy grocery stores, restaurants, and exciting things to do. Please see Kendahl Property Management's Guidebook for local fave eateries, things to do and important information! Pet Policy: Small pets under 35lbs are allowed at this property. Pet fee is non-refundable $100 per pet, If evidence of additional pets are found there will be an automatic charge of $500 added to the card on file. Community Pool is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st, but private pool will always be available for guest use! We are available via phone, text, email, messaging, or in person if needed--Kendahl Property Management Company contact info will be sent at the time of booking. **You are more than welcome to use the grill, but if you use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning the grill. If the grill is not cleaned a $50 charge will be charged to the guest who confirmed the reservation. ‼️PLEASE FULLY READ AND NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING TO ENSURE NOTHING LESS THAN A PERFECT STAY‼️: 1). Due to the subdivision rules, only 3 vehicles max are allowed to park at the home in the driveway. Absolutely NO parking is allowed in the street. Additional parking area is located below the home and additional parking for boat trailers, you can call Boat Dockters right down the road as well for storage as boat trailers are not allowed to be parked at the property or within the subdivision. Please make sure your trailer is parked in the correct spot or it could be subjected to being towed at the owner's expense and then we would charge guests for reimbursement. 2). Absolutely no more than 10 people at the property per HOA rules. 3). Please let us know 72 hours in advance if you will be renting the golf cart 4). No smoking in or on property premises. 5). Very clean. Had games in the garage for our 6 and 4 year old grandsons that kept them entertained. Accommodated our family very well!!
