Experience Palm Springs like a local in this charming 1-bedroom 550 sq ft condo with new A/C. Enjoy a pleasant stay in this cozy space. Bottom floor, corner unit right in front of the pool! Walk approx 1 mile to hiking trails, 2 miles to downtown Palm Springs with shops and restaurants. 2 miles to the nearest large grocery store. About 1 mile to a beautiful golf course with lovey indoor/outdoor eating on premise. You can also enjoy the neighborhoods of the Canyon Corridor or The Mesa for a lovely early morning or evening stroll. Also there is an outdoor market night every Thursday right on Palm Cyn drive. Hours are 6–10p several great vendors offering food, Jewelry and various specialty items along with live music. You won’t wanna miss it!

We are Jerry and Barbie and are both Retired and our Palm Springs condo is our second home. We’ve owned it for 22 years and come as often as we can since we only live less than 90 mins away. Our neighbors are very nice and quiet however they love to sit by the pool at night and often visit with each other. Everyone is respectful of the curfews.

Why they chose this property

The beautiful neighborhood and gorgeous mountain views to start. The proximity to downtown and all that Palm Springs has to offer, where you can stroll through the shops and have access to many restaurants is so convenient. At the end of the day you can retreat to your quiet oasis on the outskirts of town where you have access to two pools, a relaxing hot tub or to the comfort of the sprawlingliving room couch.

What makes this property unique

Our building was built mid-century in 1957. You’ll love all the access to a gorgeous neighborhood with some celebrity homes and downtown Palm springs with many high end and affordable restaurants and fun shopping.
