For nature lovers this area is perfect. We see elk along the road in the cold months and the spring and summer bring wild turkeys, deer, raccoons, coyotes and migrating birds.
What makes this property unique
We’re so close to any amenity one could desire, yet in a peaceful rural setting at the foot of the Rockies.
