Wonderful condo and ammenities. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, all excellent and well-cleaned. Pool was awesome to have, and we could see the ocean from out the side of the balcony.

The condo was very nice and clean. The condo provides a nice balcony with a partial view of the ocean/beachfront. It had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a pack n play if needed. Roberto was a great host and responds quickly. The location is perfect. Right across the street are shops, bars and several great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!

Sandy Shores is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Madeira Beach. The pool is divine and being steps from the beach is absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed many sunsets during our stay. The condo was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage for our things. Although we did not cook during our visit, the kitchen had lots of utensils and pots. There was even an air fryer. We had difficulty with the freezer and received a prompt response for maintenance. Beach chairs and pool toys were available in a closet. The lighted sculpture in the corner is a colorful addition to the living room.

Great location

This is a perfect place to stay for families. We loved the easy access to the pool, beach and quick walk to John’s pass for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront condo. The place was spotless and very well maintained. Being just a short walk from the beach was perfect. The condo itself was very nice, with comfortable furnishings . We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Roberto was very quick to respond when I messaged him with questions. A perfect location, beautiful pool and nicely decorated condo. Our only complaint is that although the tiled floors looked clean they weren't. Our socks and/or bare feet got very dirty from walking on them. Highly recommend

Perfect for us

Condo is on the beach and is walkable to John’s Pass on the bay, which includes plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from and also water sports. Condo is clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, has a nice kitchen. Owner was very accommodating and reachable, answered all of our questions upfront, easy check-in and check-out process. We will definitely return when we come back to this area.

Condo was disappointing. Good location and the ac worked well. Plenty of beach accessories to use. However the floors were sooo dirty our feet were black the first night. I expect sand, but not filth. We wore shoes inside always after that. The light bulbs were all burned out in the kitchen and the overhead fixture did not work. 2 of the 3 tv remotes did not work and it took an eternity to figure out how to use it. And to top it off the elevator was out all 5 days we were there and this condo is on the fourth floor. 54 stairs up and down in a hot, airless stairwell.

AC was broken on the first day we checked in. Wasn’t fixed until the following afternoon. July summer in Florida is no joke! It felt better outside than inside the condo due to no circulation of air. No fans were even offered so it was just stagnant hot air. The communication was not ideal, as I had to keep texting the owner. I eventually had to call VRBO customer service to get help and that’s when I got a response. Once the AC was fixed, it was smooth sailing. Great location but could use some handy work near the floor boards.
