We are currently expanding our property with the addition of a new cabin! Construction is taking place roughly 300 feet from Hemingway and will only occur during daytime hours M-F. While we are making every effort to minimize disruptions, guests may experience some noise during these hours. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of May.

We welcome up to two dogs per reservation, which must be declared prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $100 pet fee. Dogs must remain leashed when outside, are not allowed on furniture, and must be crated (1 crate is provided) if left unattended in the home.

All guests are welcome to enjoy our shared community game room, complete with a large TV, pool table, basketball game, arcade games, and more. Whether you're exploring the scenic trails or savoring the comforts of modern living, Hemingway invites you to find inspiration and serenity in the heart of the woods.

- Although we do provide free satellite WiFi in the home, we are in an extremely rural area where internet is often spotty – we ask that you come prepared to unplug in the case that the WiFi signal is not perfect during your stay. No refund will be issued for any issues related to the WiFi.

- To preserve the peaceful ambiance of the cabin, events and parties—including bachelor and bachelorette parties—are strictly prohibited. Evidence of unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate removal from the property. Please, no glitter.

- Only registered guests and the number of occupants stated in the reservation are permitted on the property.

- Commercial photography/videography is not allowed without prior consent.

- For the safety and well-being of our guests and to protect the natural surroundings, smoking, vaping, fireworks, sparklers, ATVs, hunting, and weapons are not allowed.

- Violations of these rules will result in the forfeiture of a $300 security deposit, plus any additional costs for damages.

- Prior to your stay, we require you to sign & agree to our renter agreement. Additionally, we will place a $300 hold for a security deposit. The security deposit will be released within five days after check out after confirmation of no damage to the property or violation of the rules.
