This was a lovely, comfortable home away from home. We booked this place because we were planning to travel with our dog. She ended up staying with friends, but it’s a very dog friendly location. The fenced backyard is an especially nice feature. It’s about 10 minutes from public beach access at Pensacola Beach and only a little further to the dog beaches.
Our stay was in mid-December and we were surprised by the lovely Christmas decorations!

Convenient and Clean

The house was convenient for all of our beach time and other activities in Pensacola. The host communicated and the house was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

This was a super clean, conveniently located rental which was perfect for our short-term needs in Gulf Breeze. Check-in was very smooth and the property was very well-equipped with everything we needed. Our pup enjoyed the private fenced back yard and really loved the walks through the quiet neighborhood. I had only two minor issues with the property. First, the rental is one side of a duplex, and if you have night-owl neighbors (as we did), expect some late noises. Second, the memory foam mattresses have seen their better days and did not provide a particularly comfortable sleeping experience. Otherwise, this was a great value for our vacation dollar given the proximity to the Gulf beaches.

Thank you George for the nice review. I do wish you had reached out to me regarding the neighbors, one call would have taken care of that. Regarding the mattresses, it’s impossible to please everyone’s sleeping preferences but we have attempted to do so with a firm mattress (1 yr old) with a plush pillow topper on top that is removable. We get an overwhelming majority of positive responses to the bedding.

Convenient location

Though just a short stay here, this rental home was centrally located to our event location, Pensacola Beach, shopping and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. Sonya was very helpful and timely when I had inquiries pertaining to our reservation.
