The owners were very nice and helpful, they were able to do our laundry and responded promptly to anything we requested. Bed was comfortable and had a good time on the lake. Would recommend their properties. Only bad things were dishes weren't the cleanest and the water had a foul odor.

Perfect house… Perfect for several families… The kids play/graffiti room was a favorite… And game room. Ping pong is a favorite! Hot tub pool spa gave us some special memories…. The whole house is the way to rent… Too many add one is so confusing though!!! Pool rental was the most favorite time of our trip! As people who like to cook, would love to see an upgrade in the main kitchen.

Old cabin that needs work

This home would be good for a family or group to stay at over the summer if they don’t care about it being very nice. This is an old lake cabin that had a new but low end floor installed. No regular furnace, just a mini split on one side of the home. The bedroom was heated with a portable heater and wasn’t even running when we got there. Bathroom was small and under construction. Home was not filthy but not super clean either. Thinking whoever owns it should hire the cleaning out as it was lacking. Hot tub was not convenient to get to in the winter and didn’t have much privacy being shared between multiple homes. Beds, pillows and sheets were old but did appear to be washed.Only thing that was good with this place is the owner was quick to respond to issues.

Lake house fun

Our party had a range of age groups from young children, teens to adults. We had plenty of beds and space to all enjoy ourselves. The time spent together will forever be cherished. I would make sure any future renters are aware that there may be other renters using the lower level and that using the large swim spa must be scheduled. Also the large swim spa was never over 90 degrees. Once on property contacting the host was easy and efficient, prior to arrival it was difficult to communicate and get questions answered. We were also surprised to find out about extra covid cleaning charges for linens that was not clearly defined in the listing. Over all we had a great time and would recommend for a fun gathering with plenty of amenities and a beautiful lake.

Great spot on the water

Rented out the entire house with my brothers and a bunch of friends. Plenty of space for the 10 of us - everyone got their own bedroom. Enjoyed using the hot tubs - the large one comfortably fit 8 of us, while the upper one on deck provided good views. Owners were very easy to work/talk with and friendly at all times. Highly recommend for large groups looking to spend a week/weekend together.

Great family space for any occasion!

My family rented Campau Lake house for a somber occasion. Our brother passed away and we needed a large enough property to accommodate our large family. The house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Frank, the owner was quite gratious and sympathetic you our needs. Will definitely consider again. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy Lake Campau!

House Adequate But Won't Work With Owner Again

Rate was advertised for all four levels. Paid the bill for what was thought to be for all four floors, but got another bill four days before family event to rent the fourth floor. With everyone committed to coming, paid the bill. With three levels of stairs and decks outside, the stairs were shaky and everyone figured out not to lean on the railings. A real safety hazard. Rented the pontoon boat. Unreliable in starting, none of the gauges worked, found a battery connection loose, found a sea of black tape holding wires together, duct tape used on engine, steering wheel not securely fastened, nomenclature for switch functions worn off, and all seats shredded. After finally getting engine to start one time, gave up when it didn't start a second time. Still arguing with owner to get my money back on the boat. He spent more time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong then getting us on the water. I have 40 years of boating experience.

Kids and parents will find plenty of space to enjoy and be close or far apart.
Multiple levels and direct tv and cable with plenty of Wi-Fi and Xbox games and outside fun! Parking is not a problem as we have a full lot across the street including spots in the driveway.
