Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (built-in microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, full refrigerator, and a new gas grill). Living room includes an electric fireplace. The property is smoke-free and pet-friendly. 1 Queen Bed, dining capacity, 2 Window A/C units. Utilities and cleaning are included in the rate. Gas/Electric heat. One parking space. Linens, TV, Cable, WiFi, VCR, DVD, CD players. Private patio with outdoor seating and speakers. Beach equipment provided. Minutes from Commercial Street and the beach. Addendum: one dog or cat is permitted with owner approval. Parking in space #5 only.

Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee, $300 refundable security deposit, plus applicable taxes and processing fee.

This was our second year here, and we enjoyed it very much. If you have a dog, it’s ideal—quiet and very clean. Lovely garden and feels very Ptown. Our only issue is with the small TV. A larger screen would make this perfect.

The property was cute and had potential, but several basic cleanliness and supply issues stood out. No trash bags, hand soap, or kitchen sponge were provided. The coffee pot still contained leftover coffee that had molded. Additionally, insulin vials had been left in the fridge. These issues made the stay feel unclean and poorly prepared, so I wouldn’t book again.

Lovely property with impeccable housekeeping and pretty garden. The only drawbacks are the too-small TV and lack of a dishwasher. Otherwise, a great rental that I’d love to rent again.
