The solid house layout with all of the modern appliances was great. A word of caution that the front door is 41 stair steps up from the driveway (15 of which are more shallow) with no railings, making the climb difficult for our mobility-challenged member. But once inside, we all loved and enjoyed the house.

Bath tub near adjoining rooms felt a bit slippery, we did not have a problem, it just felt not a sure footed as we like, great patios, appliances, coffee makers etc all good.

Great Place to Stay

My son and a few friends were visiting Sonora for a Mens Conference. The house was very clean, everything was organized, and was very comfortable. The host was always available, we had great communication. Thank you for the great stay! I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice property. Good location. Owner is good to work with. Note that it is a 10-15 foot climb (40 stairs) from street level to the front door – some of the climb with no handrails. If you have mobility issues it may be a challenge to get in. One person in our group had to use walking sticks. If accessibility is not an issue for your guests, I definitely recommend this property.

Peaceful 4th in Sonora

Nicole is a superb host. The home is very comfortable, clean & well appointed. Open floor plan, 3 gathering places outside on patios with lush hillside landscape. Explored Sonora & Natural Whole Foods Market a destination. Restaurants didn’t disappoint, La Cochino, Mandy’s, Thai & Alicia’s Sugar Shack. Walking/Hiking abound.

We were never able to stay at the house, things on our side, kept changing and didn’t work out,. I had to change the date a couple of times and then had to end up canceling at the last minute, but the host was very accommodating and worked with me as much as possible. Even though I didn’t see the house, I would stay there if ever visiting Sonora because I do know that it was a great location as I am familiar with Sonora.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating. This property has seriously stunning views. The photos don't do the property justice! Multiple dining areas outside: the cutest patio in the back, and a patio in the front overlooking the neighborhood. The house layout is great for families, with tons of space, no one felt on top of each other. The AC was also soo helpful getting us through the hot weekend!
