Owners Share Why I Love My Home:
When arriving at Four Shore, the secluded feeling of the backyard that the cypress bushes create and the elevation of the home makes you feel like you are truely escaping and have finally reached your destination. The home is in excellent shape, landscaping is perfect, with all aspects inside and out clean and tidy. Upstairs and downstairs, there is space for everyone. We love enjoying a glass of wine on the deck, watching a movie on the couch, and playing games in the garage. In the early morning you can get in a run or walk on the beach and have a quiet cup of coffee on the deck before the kids wake up, or grab breakfast from the Great Island Bakery. You can walk to several beaches in a few minutes and not worry about parking a car. Going for ice cream or mini-golf is a quick walk away too. We find the house well positioned: not exposed to the wind and elements of the ocean and not far from so many amenities. Not to mention Gerardi's is one of our favorite restaurants right at the end of Pine Grove. Don't feel like Italian... the Skipper has the best lobster mac and cheese, and we love visiting their ice cream window and taking it across the street to Parker's River Beach where there is a playground for the kids. Overall, the house is perfect, and the wine/beer fridge is cold. Also, older guests like our parents are comfortable with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom with a walk in shower. The passage into the bedroom/bathroom above the garage always excites the kids. If you have 4 to 10+ people, we can't wait for you to visit, play and enjoy our home as much as we do!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Your family will enjoy this updated, spacious family home that is a short walk to Parker's River Beach offering a playground and easy access to Bass River Beach. Also a short walk to the other South Shore Drive ocean beaches. This home has all amenities including central AC, a landscaped yard, lots of living space, and of course flat screen TVs and WIFI.

Enter through the garage to an entryway/breezeway that has a sitting area with a wet bar. The wet bar has a small sink and subzero wine refrigerator for wine enthusiasts. Here you will also find doors both to the backyard as well as the front/side entry way for easy access.

The hallway leads you to a closet with the washer and dryer, a full bathroom with a step in shower, and Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed. Continue on into the open living/dining and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with 4 stools. There are doors that open to the deck overlooking the backyard. The living area has a large flat screen TV and comfy seating. Hardwood floors are throughout.

Upstairs are four more bedrooms with a full and half bath. To the right is Bedroom 2, this room has a King bed and flat screen TV, a desk is nestled into the dormer with a comfortable chair for a inviting sitting/office area. On the left is Bedroom 3 with a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. Off of the hallway is Bathroom 2 with a tub/shower. Further down the hallway is Bedroom 4 with a Double bed and flat screen TV.

Over the garage is Bedroom 5 which has a Queen bed and 2 Twins. It also has a 1/2 bath and a window AC unit to keep you cool. You can access this room either by the stairs that lead to the garage or through the cubby area off of the master bedroom.

Outside is a deck with a dining table seating 4 with an umbrella, gas grill, and an outdoor shower that is fully enclosed and offers hot and cold water; a Cape Cod tradition when returning from the beach! There are 2 Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and seating for 8 on the patio! The home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, some lawn or beach games. There is also a pack and play and highchair available (use at your own risk).
