This home is located next to the corner of Sea Street and Salt Works Rd in East Dennis (google maps shows the wrong location) in one of Cape Cod's premier neighborhoods and a short 3 minute walk to Sea Street Beach, one of Cape Cod Bay's nicest beaches. Situated on 2 acres and adjacent to a 12 acre lot, you may not leave the views and the privacy of the back yard for the beach. The home was recently renovated and sleeps 10 with queen beds in two bedrooms and twin beds in three bedrooms. 1.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. New washer/dryer, new refrigerator (additional refrigerator in the garage), new grill, new flat screen TVs with cable and wifi. World class public golf courses are a 5 to 20 minute drive from the house. A Perfect spring/fall (May, June, September, October) get away for 8 golfers. Property is located 200 feet from the intersection of Sea Street and Salt Works Road.

Great spot for all ages!

We stayed here for a family wedding in late May. The distance to the beach was perfect and the house was so accommodating for 10 adults trying to get ready for the same event. So spacious! Would definitely rent again and/or recommend to friends!

Bay Side Paradise!

We had the best week staying here, just a short walk (literally 4 houses) to one of the nicest beaches on the Cape- Cold Storage Beach. The house is a lot roomier than it looks and as soon you step in the door you know you're on vacation on the Cape! The backyard is huge and perfect for kids playing or family to enjoy and the patio is perfect for a night by the fire pit and grilling out after a long day at the beach. The owner Tim was extremely helpful in and easy going. The sunsets on this beach make you feel like you are in paradise and we were honestly sad to go after our week here. This home has all you need and more. Can't wait for next year already!
