-Reservations for events or gatherings are not subject to Instant Book. They require written consent from the owner and an event fee will apply.

* An event is considered any gathering over the 6-10 guest limit allowed on the reservation. All events must be approved, and we do not accept all requests. We generally are willing to accommodate events of 20 people or fewer and an event fee will apply.

*All pets and service animals must be disclosed and approved by the homeowner prior to your arrival. A non-refundable pet fee is assessed for all pets and must be paid prior to your check-in. If you have not received written approval from the homeowner or paid the pet fee, please let us know before you check-in.

*The pool must not be heated above 84 degrees. If the pool is heated beyond 84 degrees, a $500 fine will be assessed.

We encourage all guests to consider travel insurance.

From vacations to family gatherings to corporate events and everything in between, we welcome you and your guests with open arms.

Our 3 bedroom/4 bathroom home has 5 beds and is located just a few blocks from Central Expressway which provides easy access to all things Dallas! Highland Park, University Park, Downtown, Uptown, SMU, Mockingbird Station, Knox-Henderson, and Northpark Mall are all just a few minutes away.

We have an open floor plan which is great for families or hanging out with friends or colleagues.

On the 1st level of our home, you will find an open living and kitchen area, 2 guest bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 1 powder bath. Each guest room has a queen bed and one of them has an extremely comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress.

On the 2nd level, you will find an oversized primary suite with a king bed, spa-like bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and separate shower. There is a spacious bonus room upstairs with 2 full size beds, a tv, and private powder bath. We also have a blow-up mattress and extra bedding and are happy to make it available upon request.

Moms - We see you! We are parents and know what it's like to travel with littles! Please feel free to request a pack n play and/or a high chair! We also have some toys, books and dinnerware for kids to help make your life a little easier!

We have a hot tub and a pool for guests to enjoy. If you would like to heat the pool, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Guests are free to heat the spa to 104 degrees, but the pool should only be heated to 84 degrees. Exceeding this temperature will result in additional heating fees.

We will do our best to meet you in person to give you the entry information. For your security and ours, we will only give this to the person who actually made the reservation. If someone else is planning on meeting at the house first, please provide us with their information prior to arrival. We will require a copy of their ID.

For your security and ours, we have a Ring doorbell at the front door. The doorbell features a camera and two-way audio communication. It helps us provide a remote check-in in the event we are unable to meet a guest upon arrival.

Noise/Parties:
Events, gatherings, meetings or parties require written approval. You must also get written approval if you plan to have anyone on the property other than the guests who are staying the night. Failure to comply will result in a full loss of security deposit and a termination of our lease agreement.

Due to city ordinances and out of respect to our neighbors, we must enforce quiet hours after 10pm. Pool hours are from 8am-10pm, and we ask that all activity be moved indoors after 10pm. Please see our house rules for noise/music policies.
